Returns and Repairs
MC Studio Jewelry is not responsible for pieces broken or scratched by the wearer. However, if you receive a damaged piece in the mail, please reach out to us via email and return your piece within 7 days of receipt and we will repair or replace your piece.
Please note that all sales are final due to the handmade nature of our pieces. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Care
For general maintenance, use a soft polishing cloth to wipe your piece. Wash gently with mild soap in warm water for a deeper clean, and dry immediately after to avoid water spots.
While Argentium silver is tarnish resistant and generally low maintenance, please treat your jewelry with care. We recommend avoiding exposure to chemicals like chlorine, household cleaning products, perfumes, and lotions. Your jewelry is made of quality material that will last a lifetime, but please remember that rough handling may lead to scratches and marks. We suggest you store your pieces in a cool, dry place when not being worn.
