Description
Our sweet, sleepy Moon Sign pendant rests peacefully on your neck as a gentle reminder to trust your intuition and the value of rest. Though inspired by the striking imagery of one of the first science-fiction films, A Trip to the Moon, we decided to hand sculpt our Moon design with a gentle, calm expression to symbolize emotional support. She is the closest celestial body to Earth. To wear the moon sign is to encourage self-reflection, set intentions, and to let go of all that no longer serves you. Like the sun, the Moon is also on your side.
Handmade in New York City in Argentium silver: a higher purity, hypoallergenic, ethically sourced silver that is brighter, stronger, and more tarnish resistant than sterling silver.
Pendant measures 24mm x 14mm and weighs approximately 12.2 grams. Each pendant is accompanied by a 16” or 20” 1.8mm high-polish sterling silver chain.
Please note our sterling silver cable chains in 16” vary slightly from our 20” chains.
We assure that each piece is polished and handled with care and attention to detail, but please note that due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, there may be slight variations.
Care
For general maintenance, use a soft polishing cloth to wipe your piece. Wash gently with mild soap in warm water for a deeper clean, and dry immediately after to avoid water spots.
While Argentium silver is tarnish resistant and generally low maintenance, please treat your jewelry with care. We recommend avoiding exposure to chemicals like chlorine, household cleaning products, perfumes, and lotions. Your jewelry is made of quality material that will last a lifetime, but please remember that rough handling may lead to scratches and marks. We suggest you store your pieces in a cool, dry place when not being worn.
